To Whom it May Concern
Dear Sir/Madam
Re – Reference for Project Literacy – Conducting CCE Training In 2013 Project Literacy developed materials and conducted CCE dialogues for the Department of Social Development. The participants were Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Youth. Project Literacy developed quality materials and presentations and used the CCE methodology to run successful dialogues in all 9 provinces over a relatively short period of time. The purpose was to gather information and empower role-players working with the ability to work with the OVCYs to identify the main challenges and work towards solutions that could be presented by the Minister of Social Development at an international
conference on OVCYs held in KwaZulu-Natal.
Project Literacy produced a detailed report, power point presentations and assisted the Minister in presenting such at the conference. They met all deadlines and can be highly recommended as one of the only organisations that has the quality staff and capacity to deliver the CCE programme. The national project was well managed and coordinated. The
project was funded by PACTSA, who were satisfied with the financial management and
accountability.
Yours sincerely
